Oriel Services Ltd, a subsidiary company of Cunningham Lindsey UK operates a national restoration, repair and reinstatement service through our panel of contractor partners. Oriel serves a number of clients such as insurers and housing associations, offering a number of services ranging from responsive repairs and 24/7 work to asbestos testing and major contracts.

Due to continued growth, we now have excellent opportunities for experienced Area Network Managers to join our highly successful team.

Reporting to your Regional Network Manager, you'll assist with the strategic direction of the Repair and Restoration Network. Your main remit will also include the performance and capacity management of the network through effective monitoring measurement and supply chain management techniques.

As an Area Network Manager, you'll focus on fostering our key relationships with our repair and restoration network: to deliver and exceed repair times within cost and quality standards to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and ensure client confidence. It's vital that you'll understand the importance of identifying and managing risks, financials, finding workable solutions. You will use a range of supply chain tools and techniques to monitor the performance of the network to ensure maximum performance, so you'll already be conformtable in challenging inconsistencies and trends within MI, remedial action and driving improvement standards via meetings, if necessary.

As you'll be working with Key Stakeholders at Director and Senior Management level as well as our Network Contractors, you'll ensure a consistent message of exceptional customer service is embedded in all tasks you undertake.

Other adhoc projects will also involve audits, mitigation of surge events, contractual redress, ownership of contractor selection and review and business plan development.

About you:

You'll understand and be experienced in working with and managing third party contractors within this field. It's likely you'll come from a contractor, insurance or supply chain background at similar level, or be ready for your next career move. Additionally, you'll have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Ideally, IoSCM, CIPS, CIOB, RICS or similar qualification,
  • Experienced in repair and restoration - cost, time, quality and management of contractors
  • Knowledge and experience in the management of risks, client contracts, financial elements and scoping of work and process development
  • The ability to communicate at senior corporate level
  • Ability to problem solve and respond in a changing and demanding environment
  • Knowledge of programming and planning techniques
  • Be prepared to travel and cover other operational areas of colleagues and other Oriel members.
  • To form part of a team carrying out Contractor
  • Compliance visits
  • Exceptional personal organisation
  • Ability to assist with contractor priorities and workflow
  • Hold a full driving licence and have a willingness to travel around your region

Due to the nature of this role, the successful candidate will undergo a satisfactory DBC and Financial Sanctions check
