Salesperson

We are currently seeking a Trade Salesperson to work with us. You will be working within a busy environment liaising with customers at all levels predominately within the joinery trade and you will also get the opportunity to develop your kitchen design skills.

What can you offer us?

Our trade sales team are the first point of contact within the Store for all customers. You will identify and take advantage of opportunities to build our account base including opening new accounts for cash customers and also contacting new customers by telephone that have already been identified. Supporting the trade customer with their purchases, you will identify opportunities to sell additional products and services including kitchen sales whilst delivering exceptional customer service by greeting customers on the trade counter and answering queries accurately and effectively.

You will carry out all warehouse administrative functions in accordance with Company policy, some of the duties will include dealing with deliveries, verifying and signing delivery notes and participate in stock counting audits.
