Pescado has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Manager to join the team based in Ewloe, Flintshire. You will be on a full time permanent contract with a highly competitive of £30,000 - 40,000 per annum.

What you will be doing as our Customer Service Manager

We are privileged to take care of thousands of diverse business customers across a wide range of industries.  For us customer care is personal, it’s what makes us different.  The support we provide to businesses is critical to ensure their technology allows their business to not only function but to flourish.

The newly created role will form part of the senior management team reporting directly into the Managing Director.  The remit will be to lead and bring together our customer service teams across the business, instil an ethos of providing industry leading customer service, and to challenge your colleagues around the business to continually raise the bar.

What you will need to become our Customer Service Manager

The successful candidate must have experience in leading a customer service team, a track record of delivering strong results in customer metrics and implementing continuous improvements. 

You will enjoy working as part of a small team and be able to demonstrate a commercial approach when taking decisions.

You will favour working in an entrepreneurial working environment rather than a large corporate style operation.
