A full time teaching assistant is needed for this larger than average primary school in the heart of Haywards Heath. The position is supporting learners 1:1 that are struggling in core subjects such as English and Maths. This position is supporting learning across KS1 and 2, so all applicants must be versatile and confident with the whole primary curriculum. - Communicating with parents and carers over pupils' progress and participating in departmental meetings, parents' evenings and whole school training events
